STARTERS



DUCK SPRINGROLLS
Two crispy fried springrolls filled with duck confit, shiitake mushrooms, spinach and goat cheese; served with ginger-soy dipping sauce ~ 11

MR. B'S CRABCAKE
A pan sautéed jumbo lump crabcake served with our classic ravigote sauce ~ 16

FRIED OYSTERS ON THE HALF SHELL
One half dozen deep fried oysters on the half shell; topped with bacon-horseradish hollandaise ~ 12

A classic New Orleans gumbo with Gulf shrimp, crabmeat, oysters, and okra ~ 8.75

BISTRO SALAD
Tender baby greens, grape tomatoes and spiced pecans tossed with herb vinaigrette ~ topped with shaved Grana Padano cheese ~ 9

JUMBO SEA SCALLOPS
Pan seared jumbo sea scallops served atop spicy watercress drizzled with white truffle oil and shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano ~ 14

Slowly braised American Kobe beef brisket served with goat cheese macaroni and

GRILLED LAMB CHOPS
A trio of wood grilled domestic lamb chops served with creamy hash browns and vegetable of the day ~ finished with a natural reduction sauce and mint pesto ~ 40

MISSISSIPPI RABBIT
Tender rabbit braised with apple cider, pecanwood smoked bacon, roasted shallots and shiitake mushrooms ~ served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes ~ 35

BACON WRAPPED SHRIMP & GRITS
A sauté of pecanwood smoked bacon wrapped jumbo Gulf shrimp served with creamy stone ground grits and red-eye gravy ~ 28.5

A Mr. B's signature dish! Gulf shrimp barbequed New Orleans style, served in the shells with peppery butter sauce and French bread for dipping ~ 28
