APPETIZERS



DUCK SPRINGROLLS - Two crispy fried springrolls filled with duck confit, shiitake mushrooms, spinach and goat cheese; served with ginger soy dipping sauce $9.50


FRIED OYSTERS ON THE HALF SHELL – One half dozen deep fried oysters on the half shell; topped with bacon-horseradish hollandaise $10.50


PANKO CRUSTED JUMBO SHRIMP – Pan fried and served atop wilted spinach, spicy tasso and a “Crystal” hot sauce beurre blanc $9.50

WEDGE SALAD - A wedge of baby iceberg lettuce served iwth sliced red onions, diced Creole tomatoes, applewood smoked bacon and Danish bleu cheese topped with Dijon mustard vinaigrette $9.50


HEIRLOOM TOMATOES AND FRESH MOZZARELLA SALAD - An assortment of baby heirloom tomatoes served with fresh mozzarella drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil $10.50
